Manager, Client Project Services

The major difference between a Manager, Client Project Services and a Practice Manager is the first is primarily responsible the development and management of accounts and the latter’s primary responsibility is the development and management of staff.  These two functions support each other.

The Manager, Client Project Services is responsible for targeting, developing and maintaining key accounts.  The Manager, Client Project Services is supported by a Supervisor/Mentor who works primarily to coordinate and fill the needs of the clients.

The support may be from a Practice Manager rather than a Supervisor/Mentor.

They are expected to develop various types of retainer relationships with their clients.

Another area this person may be concentrated into is the e-commerce development of business.

Practically, the newly promoted Manager, Client Project Services begins their assignment in conjunction with a Supervisor/Mentor and both would grow within the respective assignments.  The end result is a teamed high volume Key Account Manager and Practice Manager supported by an accomplished staff.

This person will have demonstrated success in establishing multiple accounts contributing repeat business in excess of $100,000.00 each in sales volume.  They will have a minimum of two (2) years client management experience and have developed and managed clients who have paid a minimum of $750,000.00 in fees.

The Manager, Client Project Services is responsible, within corporate parameters, for the negotiation and authorization of client pricing structures.

    • 7.      Advise as to organization competitiveness, opportunities and threats
    • 8.      Conduct Client education seminars for staff
    • 9.      Sell Client to staff
    • 10.  Prepare and maintain written business plans
