non-profit Long Term Care facility seeks an experienced Director
of Nursing. Come make your professional mark in a newly built, beautiful facility where
your opinion and leadership contribution really matter. Leadership in writing new policies and procedures while recommending change
to existing programs will be expected. Largest project at inception: Moving all pen/paper medical records to e-platform within 45 days. Maintenance of use and efficiencies thereafter will be expected. You will have lateral management support while you all team-build together to
take the facility to the next level. Mastery of Meditech, Epic or Answers on Demand a major plus. Experience in geriatrics, IV, restorative and/or acute care preferred. Selected candidate will have a consistent message across audiences while maintaining
a polished and articulate communication style. Requires a BSN or Associates in Nursing along with 3-5 years DON experience. Professionals with longer experience as ADON, Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor
will also be considered.
