A successful, privately held, $16 million and growing firm, with the belief that their success would not have been possible without the talent, creativity and judgment of their employees, seeks a Controller to join their team.  This newly created and much needed role is the chance for you to not only display your accounting expertise, but  is also your chance to build the accounting platform that will direct the financial affairs of this organization while reporting directly to the President.  

In this role, you will have full ownership of the company’s financial plans, policies, accounting practices, maintenance of its fiscal records and preparation of financial reports.  Along with the breadth and depth of your accounting knowledge, you can count on a team of two seasoned accountants (who will report to you) to assist you in the day-to-day management of the general accounting, internal auditing, budgetary controls, property accounting and cost accounting.

BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance required.  CPA required.  Five plus years of relevant experience.
