Our client, a market leader in the Database Marketing
Service area, is seeking a VP for their Analytics team
in Dallas, TX. The Vice President is directly responsible
for the growth of the competency including delivery
processes, procedures and management. This job supports
overall company goals through managing the delivery
of analytical services and managing the analytics organization
and capabilities including people and technology. The
ideal candidate will have the ability to:
lead the client strategically (be an analytic expert)
serve as a strategic partner with Client Service and
other Competency leads
be a role model for others in the group (i.e. work
ethic, values, relationship building, etc.)
create and advance the vision for the department
lead new business efforts (i.e. presentation, communication,
writing)
build solid relationships internally and externally
and ability to solve conflicts
develop and train others (mentoring)
