Our client is a well respected Health system in the northwestern suburbs looking for a qualified candidate to work as Director of Admissions in one of their care facilities. This is a challenging position that will be well rewarded. The ideal individual would have some sales experience and experience working in a Long Term Care setting. Responsibilities:

Direct overall process of admission. Includes ensuring all information received for compliance as well as optimizing reimbursement for the agency. Would act as a liaison with the Central Business Office.

Requirements:
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years in a licensed setting. Some leadership/managerial experience desired.

Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid insurance process.

Some sales experience is desired but not a requirement.
