Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare organization is looking for a truly influential Analyst. This individual will be the right hand person to both Finance and Managed Care. We are seeking someone who wants to make a name for themselves and is focused on professional progression. Responsibilities:

• Maintains summaries of various fee schedules and reimbursement rates from different managed care payers.
• Updates and maintains the DSS Contract Modeling system; ensures that all payers are loaded and maintained in an accurate and current form.
• Analyzes outcomes of proposed managed care contracts, provide interpretation and additional proposals. Also Prepare quarterly managed care reports
• Analyzes operation of systems, prepares recommendations and documentations to create and update fiscal service and other related policies and procedures with respect to the operating systems.
• Assumes responsibility for cost data preparation, analysis, systems analysis and other fiscally related duties as needed.
• Assists in negotiations of managed care contracts between Health System and managed care organizations.
• Assists in managed care budget planning and goal setting for gross and net revenues.
• Prepares ROI’s, NPV and Product Line Analysis for Hospital and related entities.
• Assists in the annual chargemaster update process and subsequent payer impact analyses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS or related field.
• CPA, MBA, or M.S. in Health Systems Management preferred.
• 5+ years experience, with at least 3 being in heath care.
• Strong experience with Access, Excel, and contract modeling in a DSS system.
