We are looking for a DON who truly enjoys being a part of the community, interacting with the residents and their families, and creating an atmosphere of fun. All potential candidates must have:

• A proven track record of good surveys.
• Current RN licensure.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to delegate tasks, taking into account staff skill sets and core competencies, to maximize efficiency of the nursing team.
• Innovative approach to management and teaching.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
