The requirements for this position are as follows:

• 3+ years of proven nurse management experience.
• Current IL RN licensure.
• Ability to evaluate your team, and train them with the skills required to improve the facility.
• Ensure that quality care is being provided by all staff.
• Ability to maintain a friendly work environment.
• Experience in a fast paced setting is required.
• Great problem solving and decision making skills.
