Growing regional Commercial Bank with locations on both coasts is seeking experienced Commercial-Industrial Lenders who can be an integral part of the Bank’s lending efforts in C&I Lending and Business Development. The role will focus on hunting up, originating/underwriting, small/middle market loans and managing a portfolio of term loans, equipment loans, revolving lines of credit and their corresponding deposit relationships.

Workload will involve analyzing credit risk for existing and potential loans, presenting recommendations to senior management and credit committees, modifying/restructuring existing loans, cultivating new banking relationships, and cross-selling bank services. Applicants must have Commercial Banking experience as C&I Commercial Lenders as well as formal credit training, and proven credit product knowledge. ABL experience will be a plus. As the position calls for regular interaction with Mandarin dialect clients, prospects, financial advisors, attorneys, accountants, developers, contractors, and investment groups, superior bilingual communication and negotiating skills are a must.
