The Manager shall:

~be familiar with Community Banking market/economic trends and conditions.

~have a strong background in credit administration and marketing troubled assets.

~be familiar with the interrelated M&A process of the FDIC, RTC and other regulatory entities.

~oversee an execution plan for the management of special assets and loan workouts.
