Responsibilities
• Ensure that the company issues accurate and timely consolidated financial statements.
• Direct the timely reporting of forecast and financial statements and SEC reporting.
• Oversee all international and domestic operations
• Directing the preparation of the annual budgets, corporate taxes, income statements, operating budgets, forecasts, financial projections, expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve business growth, efficiency and profitability on all levels
• Responsible for internal controls.
• Explore and evaluate opportunities for merger and acquisition; blueprint and execute.

Qualifications
• Must have international manufacturing experience
• Must have public accounting experience with publicly traded companies
• Must have international M&A experience
• Must have a Bachelor’s and CPA
• Must have 10+ years experience with a progressive track record
