In this role, The COO will assess and blueprint
all corporate and operational strategy and procedure. The COO
will set goals and operating plans for the company to improve
the company’s production process in all aspects. This role will
oversee Finance, Production, HR, Transportation, Sanitation,
Maintenance, Sales, and Customer Service. If you are seeking

Responsibilities:
• Develop organizational strategies while driving the
execution, development, and measurement of the company’s day
to day operations.
• Develop operational strategies by monitoring trends
via the evaluation of productivity, customer service goals,
problem resolution, and ability to bring in change.
• Develops relationships with prospective and existing
customers to strengthen customer relations. Will work with Director
of Sales to create and implement sales strategies.
• Create financial strategies by monitoring trends
and forecasting, aligning financial resources, researching results
and managing change and the impact of variances.
• Work with VP of Finance in analyzing company’s financial
and budget activities in order to sustain cost-effective business
practices, maximize profits, and increase efficiency.
• Will work cross functionally to streamline all process
and procedures while going through rapid expansion.
• Will formulate and execute all plans to expand the
frozen food sector with relations to operation, sales, marketing,
finance, etc…
• Produce satisfactory product for the consumer through
the use of best practices and the improvement of productivity,
engineering, and quality assurance methods and procedures.
• Negotiates and/or approves contracts and agreements
with suppliers, distributors, and other organizational entities
• Monitor requirements for capacity by way of researching
options, contracting with manufacturers, and suggesting expansion
procedures.
• Always identify ways to reduce cost of production
and increase productivity.
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Management, Engineering, Operations,
Finance, Supply Chain or related field, (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years manufacturing experience with at least
5 years leadership experience in a Bakery or Frozen food manufacturing
environment.
• Ability to manage scheduling, resource allocation,
and cost management.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing Techniques.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a high level of
energy and ability to create a team environment.
