Early in the process your OSG Recruiter will introduce you to a Relocation Counselor who will work with you. 

Your Relocation Counselor will assist in the management of the relocation process by tracking all pertinent stages and verifying their completion with you.

Your OSG Recruiter and Relocation Counselor will maintain contact on a periodic basis to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.

Destination Reports

Realistically assess the financial impact of a potential relocation on salary levels and cost of living adjustments.  Includes demographics (population, median income, unemployment rate and crime index), climate (seasonal temperature range, annual precipitation and snowfall), cost-of living (3-bedroom house, property tax rate and sales tax (state & local), education (student/teacher ratio and per pupil expenditures), healthcare (hospitals), major employers, colleges/universities and newspapers.

School Service/Reports

From kindergarten through high school.  Includes districts, student/teacher populations and ratio’s, median years teaching experience, average class size, computer training, science labs, foreign language, fine arts programs, gifted/talented programs.  High school reports also include graduation percentage, SAT/ACT scores and graduates’ future attending plans percentage.

Home Sale and Search

OSG will assist in finding a Realtor for the sale of your current home and arrange house-hunting trips with a Realtor in your new town.
