Sr. Account Executive
OSG sponsored professional certification is a requirement of this step. There is a bonus upon passing the certification exam. Continued certification requirements must be maintained. It is possible to attain this position prior to certification eligibility; in that event certification pursuit must begin immediately upon meeting the eligibility requirements.
This is a recognition promotion. It indicates that the appointee has evolved beyond basic Account Executive client capabilities and identifies that accomplishment. Further the Sr. Account Executive is able to educate, in the process of their work, Recruiters and Account Executives regarding the development of client placement process skills.
The Sr. Account Manager must have demonstrated success in soliciting, securing and filling of client Job Orders. They evolve into client management and the development of key account relationships. They have experienced repeat client business and demonstrated an ability to motivate other staff members to actively support their client base. They have been introduced into the selling of retained and/or project client relationships (Though having sold either is not a requirement for appointment to this position).
More of Sr. AE’s effort is concentrated in client maintenance and development rather than recruiting. They work closely with all staff for the purpose of identifying and delivering qualified candidates to their clients. Further, they would, as much as situations permit, keep appropriate staff involved in observing the placement process functions and by example and answering of questions contribute to the business development of the staff member.
