Sr. Recruiter

The Sr. Recruiter has advanced to a point of client backup and/or new account solicitation.  They will follow through with the introduction of our organization to new potential clients and secure the basic job order information and engage in discussion of prices.

The Sr. Recruiter has the following responsibilities as an expected regular part of their work.

  1. 1.      Specific and complete job discussions with their candidates
  2. 2.      Set up interview times with their candidates
  3. 3.      Direct participation in
    1. a.       Interview Preparation
    2. b.      Candidate Debrief
    3. c.       Purposeful and planned Client Job Order approaches
    4. d.      Written business plan for their desk
    5. e.       Offer negotiation with candidate
    6. f.        Observe offer negotiation with A/E & Client
    7. g.       Address candidate concerns
    8. h.       After placement follow up
  4. 4.      Set a positive example for newly hired Recruiters
  5. 5.      Develop informed personal career objectives

This is a step preparation towards determination of qualification for the position of Account Executive.

Account Executive

Appointment to the Account Executive position is not automatic and will only be made in the best interests of the company and the employee.  Professional appearance and attitude, contributions to others, a clear understanding of and commitment to team and corporate goals is required. 

The Account Executive will make client visits, attend client meetings and conduct client negotiations.  They will also, from time-to-time, facilitate staff training discussions.  Professional appearance, demeanor and conduct are major criteria for promotion to Account Executive.

The Account Executive must be committed to pursue OSG sponsored professional Certification programs.

The Account Executive is responsible for the entire OSG business process.  They work with staff members to expedite the sourcing, recruiting and placement of candidates with their clients.
